Cicada 3301 has been described as "the most baffling and enigmatic mystery on the Internet" and was listed as one of the "top 5 eeriest, unsolved mysteries of the internet" by Washington Post. On three occasions, Cicada 3301 has posted spectacular puzzles on the internet and dark web, with the stated intent of "recruiting intelligent individuals". Current Status - 3301 Archive “What is the current status of Liber Primus and the Cicada 3301 puzzles?“ Released in 2014, the 58-page image dump called Liber Primus remains the active Cicada 3301 challenge, as confirmed by Cicada itself. All solving efforts should focus on Liber Primus. The final two (2) pages of Liber Primus, named 56.jpg and 57.jpg, are the only currently solved pages.
